- The owner of this web site is CTRL Limited (‘Ctrl.com.cy’/‘we’ /‘us’/‘our’). VAT Reg: 10228322K, TIC No: 12228322M.
By visiting this Web site and/or using or purchasing goods and/or services from or through this Web site, you agree to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws.
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.
You undertake that all details you provide to Ctrl.com.cy for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Ctrl.com.cy as soon as possible.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by using the contact form on the website. We can also accept cancellations by telephoning 7000 55 40 during normal office hours. Ctrl Ltd reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Registered users are permitted to post reviews on products. You acknowledge that any review, feedback or rating which you leave may be published and agree that it may be displayed for as long as we consider appropriate and that the content may be syndicated to other Ctrl.com.cy sites and publications. You grant Ctrl.com.cy and its affiliate companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use or edit any reviews posted by you. We reserve the right to publish, edit or remove any reviews without notifying you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim or action brought by third parties, arising out of or in connection with any feedback, ratings or reviews posted by you on the website, including the violation of their privacy or intellectual property rights. - Pricing
- All pricing posted for items on Ctrl.com.cy is valid for internet purchases only.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you think there's a problem with your product, we suggested you firstly Google your problem to find out if other people are experiencing the same fault, and if there is a simple fix, or if you are doing something wrong. Reference the manufacturer's website and try to contact them and ask if they know a fix.
If you give up and must return it to us, then please be sure returned goods are faulty and the problem experienced is not caused by user error or by software configuration. If after having received Technical Support information you are completely satisfied you have faulty goods please request an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing rma@ctrl.com.cy with your order number. We will respond with return authorization. Any goods that have been modified or physically altered in any way shall be deemed Warranty Void and no support will be provided. Returned items should be packaged properly and shipped to us through ACS courier. The customer is responsible for cost of returning the goods.
Ctrl Ltd reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Warranty is void if there is physical damage to the product unless it is notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
All returned items will be tested by Ctrl Ltd's technicians. Any item found not to be faulty will be subject to a € 15 charge + € 8.99 return shipping back to the customer. You will be notified by e-mail before any non-faulty goods are returned to you.
We are unable to refund and/or replace software and consumables that are opened box. Please ensure compatibility with your system before ordering. - Liability
- This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, CTRL LTD do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury where such injury results from CTRL LTD’s negligence or wilful default, or that of CTRL LTD's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
CTRL LTD does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTRL LTD IS PROVIDING THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, CTRL LTD DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, CTRL LTD shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify CTRL LTD of the problem in writing at the address stated in the invoice received with your order within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. - Gift Certificates
- The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by cash on delivery, credit card or bank deposit. Any unused portion of the gift certificate will be held within the account.
Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and may be used only at www.ctrl.com.cy website. Ctrl Ltd bears no responsibility for lost or stolen gift certificate number.
Gift certificates will expire within 1 year from purchase date. Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. - Privacy Policy
- We do not share or sell your personal information for marketing purposes. Ctrl Ltd collects information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, etc.) from you that we need to: process your order; provide you with member support; send you newsletters and other communications such as polls, surveys, and special offers.
Ctrl Ltd will set and access our own cookies on your computer to allow you to buy and interact at the site. Ctrl Ltd may share information collected by us with third parties to help process your order (e.g. shipping companies, etc.) or to provide statistical and demographic analysis to Ctrl Ltd to help us and our business partners provide you with better services and offerings.
Ctrl Ltd will not share, rent, lease, or sell your personal information (e.g. your email address, your name, your address, etc.) to any third party for their independent use or benefit.
