- How to order
- 1. Select the product you are interested in buying from our catalog by clicking on it.
2. Add the product in your shopping cart by clicking on ‘’Add to Cart”. You will be automatically redirected then to the Shopping Card page.
3. From the Shopping Card page you can "Proceed to Checkout" is you have finished shopping, or you can "Continue Shopping". You can add as many products as you wish to your shopping cart.
4. In order to finalize your order, you will have to "Proceed to Checkout", fill in the form with all valid information and then "Place Order".
- Shipping & Delivery
- Your orders will be delivered directly to your door using ACS Couriers. They are a very reliable and professional company, and all our shipping is done through them. Orders outside ACS delivery zones must be picked up from an ACS office nearest to you.
All orders will be delivered between the hours of 9am - 6pm within 1 - 3 working days. On rare occasions your delivery may take longer, depending on the product. The courier will call you prior to delivery to give you an estimated time of arrival.
We only ship to addresses in the Republic of Cyprus.
For order less than € 120 there is a € 8.99 shipping & handling fee.

- It's our aim to make your experience of buying online with Ctrl.com.cy as simple and stress-free as
possible. You can pay for your order by:
1. Cash on Delivery
• Payment will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
• Cheques and Credit Cards are Not accepted.
2. Bank Deposit
• Bank account information according to the deposit will be given during the checkout process.
• Please state the Order # on the bank's deposit slip and then email us a copy or send a copy by fax.
• Orders are released for shipment upon verification of funds from the bank.
3. Credit / Debit Card
• We accept the following cards:
• If you use your credit card for the first time in our shop you will be asked to send a copy of your ID and your credit card by email or by fax.
The certain process occurs to avoid the use of stolen credit cards and thus to protect the real owners. These details are required only on the first use of the card and they remain strictly confidential.
• Please note that we can only accept Cyprus registered cards.
There may be times when we need to contact you to request an alternative payment method. We reserve the right to decline your order.
